Instructions with regard to the Admission to CLASS XI

Before Starting the registration, scan the following documents:

  1. A recent group photograph (3.5 inches X 2 inches) of parents with the candidate, File Size is 20KB to 50KB in JPG/ JPEG format.
  2. Birth Certificate from Municipality and Hospital (Mandatory for all Applicants). File Size will be less than 300 KB in JPG/ JPEG format.
  3. Baptism Certificate (Catholics only), Size will be less than 300 KB in JPG/ JPEG format.
  4. Aadhar Card (if available)
  5. Enter your Child’s Name, date of birth & Place (Exactly as it is in Birth Certificate) and other fields including the Aadhar Number. (All entries should be in Capital Letters). Request for any change in Date of Birth, after the entry, will never be accepted by the school in future.
  6. Fill up all the details correctly.
  7. After entering and submitting all details of a candidate, the parent will take a printout in A4 size paper.
  8. Correctly filled in forms will be submitted at the School Office between 9 AM and 11 AM only by paying the application form fee of Rs.500/- in cash at the school office counter.
  9. Submission of Xerox copies of the following documents is compulsory along with the printed application:-
    • A copy of the Date of Birth Certificate from the Municipality and Hospital
    • A copy of the Baptism Certificate(Catholics only)
    • Copy of the Aadhar Card (if available)
    • A recent group photograph of parents with the candidate (size 3.5 inches X 2 inches) to be pasted on the form
  10. A schedule for interactions with the parents and candidates will be given by 15th November 2022
  11. All communication to parents will be through email from the school.
  12. The submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
